Returns Policy

We offer a 28-day return policy, meaning you have 28 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If returning in person, please email us in advance and bring your email confirmation receipt. Items can be returned by post or to the shop in person once approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for Sale items, Gift cards, Custom or personalised items, Personal care products

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
